I drive past 2 different car wash competitors just to see my man Thomas. He made it a point to acknowledge my child and make them feel welcomed. He is always smiling, and the reason I keep coming back. Keep up the good work Thomas.

I am a member and wash my two vehicles at this location on a regular basis. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes, and I can only remember one time I. 2+ years of not getting my car washed because of malfunction. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The free vacuum is great, and compressed air hoses are clutch for cleaning out pine needles. The staff also always have dog treats for my pups and my kids like the colors in the wash itself. Best value I've found for keeping my car clean.

They messed up my skid plate as I was going in, the employee told me to keep going forward obviously seeing that I wasn’t good to keep going forward , then comes his coworker telling me to go reverse so I did that & then they say “bye, you have to turn around we can’t wash your car because your plate is hanging” like what? My car was perfectly fine before I drove it in there so I asked him what we were going to do about it , he said I could make a claim which I did, he suggested I call the claims number, I tried calling claims all day today and no answer. I know canceling my membership probably won’t do anything but avoid these car washes if you can , really not worth it or worth the headache. Mine and all of my family will be cancelling our memberships due to irresponsibility and being unresponsive. I had many things I had to do today and couldn’t do anything because I didn’t want to mess it up even more, it’s not a big damage but it is so unprofessional to not answer your phone calls as a Company

Jayden and Matt were exceptional at answering our questions and were incredibly informative when explaining the process of the car wash and how our specialty rims would be considered through the wash. Also to note- we visited on a Saturday and they were doing everything in their power to keep the line moving at an impressive speed. Great crew/great wash- can’t recommend this wash enough!
